Polityka prywatności dostępna pod adresem /privacy.
§2. Definicje
- Konto — zbiór zasobów przypisany do adresu e-mail Użytkownika, zakładany w procesie
rejestracji (link dostępowy przesyłany e-mailem).
- Gość / Audytor — osoba korzystająca z wybranych zasobów udostępnionych przez
Użytkownika za pomocą linku dostępowego, bez zakładania Konta.
- Pliki pomiarowe — pliki reflektometryczne (m.in. .sor, .trc, .trcx i pochodne) oraz
inne treści wgrywane do Usługi przez Użytkownika („Treści Użytkownika").
- API — programistyczny interfejs Usługi, w tym tokeny dostępu i interfejs MCP.
§3. Zakres i charakter Usługi
- Usługa obejmuje w szczególności: wczytywanie i analizę Plików pomiarowych, archiwum
z funkcji odpłatnych będzie wymagało wyraźnej akceptacji warunków i cennika.
czynnego adresu e-mail.
- Obsługiwane formaty Plików pomiarowych opisuje podręcznik dostępny
w Usłudze.
§6. Treści Użytkownika
- Treści Użytkownika pozostają własnością Użytkownika. Usługodawca nie nabywa do nich praw
poza licencją niewyłączną w zakresie niezbędnym do świadczenia Usługi: przechowywania,
poza udostępnionym API; (c) wgrywanie plików zawierających złośliwe oprogramowanie;
(d) odsprzedaż lub odpłatne udostępnianie Usługi osobom trzecim bez zgody Usługodawcy;
maszynowego wykonujących funkcje analogiczne do funkcji Usługi, bez uprzedniej zgody
udziela Użytkownikowi niewyłącznej i nieprzenoszalnej licencji, bez prawa udzielania
Korzystanie z API,
- W razie naruszenia ust.
obchodzone.
§8. Charakter wyników i odpowiedzialność
mają charakter pomocniczy i wspomagają pracę wykwalifikowanego personelu.
§9. Dostępność Usługi i dane
- Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby Usługa działała nieprzerwanie, nie gwarantuje jednak
nieprzerwanej dostępności. Prace techniczne prowadzone są w miarę możliwości w godzinach
o niskim ruchu.
§10. Reklamacje
- Reklamacje dotyczące Usługi można składać e-mailem na adres
hello@otdrai.com, podając opis problemu i dane
pozwalające zidentyfikować Konto.
- Usługodawca rozpatruje reklamacje w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania.
§11. Zawarcie i rozwiązanie umowy
- Umowa o świadczenie Usługi zostaje zawarta z chwilą założenia Konta (a wobec Gości
Brak akceptacji uprawnia Użytkownika do rozwiązania umowy przed
§13. Prawo właściwe i spory
- Prawem właściwym jest prawo polskie, z zastrzeżeniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów
ochrony konsumentów państwa zwykłego pobytu konsumenta.
- Osoba korzystająca z ochrony konsumenckiej może skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów
rozpatrywania reklamacji i dochodzenia roszczeń, jeżeli mają one zastosowanie. Informacje
polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
Po nieuwzględnieniu reklamacji Usługodawca przekazuje wymagane prawem informacje dotyczące
możliwości i swojego stanowiska wobec udziału w postępowaniu ADR.
- Regulamin sporządzono w wersji polskiej i angielskiej; w razie rozbieżności rozstrzyga
wersja polska, z zastrzeżeniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.
§14. Postanowienia końcowe
Regulamin wchodzi w życie z dniem wskazanym w nagłówku dokumentu (wersja i status) i jest
dostępny nieodpłatnie pod adresem /regulamin w formie umożliwiającej pobranie, utrwalenie
i wydrukowanie.

OTDR-AI Terms of Service
Version 1.2 · effective from: 15 October 2026 · Provider: INTERLAB Sp. z o.o.
§1. General provisions
- These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the provision of the OTDR-AI service, available at
otdrai.com, app.otdrai.com, otdr.interlab.com.pl, otdr.interlab.tech and related environments
(the "Service").
- The Service is provided by (the "Provider"):
INTERLAB Sp. z o.o.
ul. Kosiarzy 37, paw. 20, 02-953 Warsaw, Poland
KRS 0000086600 · Tax Identification Number (NIP) 951-20-01-645 and
EU VAT No. PL9512001645
share capital: PLN 500,000
e-mail: hello@otdrai.com · phone +48 22 840 81 80
data protection matters: rodo@interlab.pl
- These Terms constitute the terms of service within the meaning of Article 8 of the Polish
Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- Personal data and cookies are governed by the separate
Privacy Policy available at /privacy.
§2. Definitions
- Application — the OTDR-AI web software made available within the Service.
- User — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit holding an Account or
using the Service as a Guest or Auditor.
- Account — the set of resources assigned to the User's e-mail address, created during
registration (access link sent by e-mail).
- Guest / Auditor — a person using selected resources shared by a User via an access
link, without creating an Account.
- Measurement Files — reflectometry files (including .sor, .trc, .trcx and
related formats) and other content uploaded to the Service by the User ("User Content").
- API — the Service's programming interface, including access tokens and the MCP
interface.
§3. Scope and nature of the Service
- The Service includes, in particular: uploading and analysing Measurement Files, a
measurement archive, report generation, real-time collaboration features, sharing results with
Guests and Auditors, and API access.
- The Service is under continuous development. Its features may be changed, extended or
limited; material changes are announced in the changelog or
by e-mail.
- The Service is currently provided free of charge.
- The Provider may introduce paid plans in the future. Introducing paid plans does not
automatically subject existing Users to them; continued use of paid features will require
express acceptance of the applicable terms and pricing.
§4. Account, Guests, security
- An Account is registered by providing an e-mail address and using the access link sent to
it. By creating an Account, the User accepts these Terms.
- The User must secure access to their e-mail inbox, access links and API tokens. Operations
performed after authentication are attributed to the User.
- Guest and Auditor links grant access to anyone who holds them. The User decides who
receives such links and is responsible for the consequences of their distribution. Links can be
revoked in the Application at any time.
- Using another person's Account without authorisation, or sharing an Account in a way that
circumvents the rules of the Service, is prohibited.
§5. Technical requirements
- Using the Service requires: a device with an up-to-date web browser (JavaScript and
technical cookies enabled), internet access and — for Account holders — an active e-mail
address.
- Supported Measurement File formats are described in the
manual available within the Service.
§6. User Content
- User Content remains the property of the User. The Provider acquires no rights to it beyond
a non-exclusive licence to the extent necessary to provide the Service: storage, processing
(analysis), backups and display to persons to whom the User has granted access.
- Measurement Files in anonymised form — with data identifying persons, locations and
entities removed — may be used to develop and improve the analysis algorithms, as described in
the Privacy Policy.
- The User represents that they hold the rights to the uploaded Content and that it does not
infringe the law or third-party rights. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
- The User may delete individual Measurement Files or all of their data in the Application at
any time; deletion is irreversible (subject to the backup rotation described in the Privacy
Policy).
§7. Acceptable use
- The following is prohibited in particular: (a) breaching or testing the security of the
Service without the Provider's consent; (b) activities disrupting the Service, including
excessive automated load outside the provided API; (c) uploading files containing malicious
software; (d) reselling or making the Service available to third parties for a fee without the
Provider's consent; (e) using the Service in violation of the law; (f) reverse engineering,
decompiling or disassembling the Application or any part of it, including code executed in the
browser and the MCP bridge script — to the extent that mandatory provisions of law do not
permit such acts without the consent of the rights holder; (g) systematically or automatically
obtaining, collecting or reproducing analysis results, parameters, responses or the way the
Service operates — including by uploading synthetic or crafted files or by using automation
tools such as scripts or AI agents — for the purpose of (i) reproducing the Service's
algorithms, (ii) creating, developing or improving a product or service competing with the
Service, or (iii) training, fine-tuning or evaluating machine-learning models that perform
functions analogous to those of the Service, without the Provider's prior consent given in
documentary form (e.g. by e-mail); (h) circumventing the Service's limits and access-control
mechanisms, including creating multiple Accounts or starting multiple demo-mode sessions in
order to circumvent limits.
- The Application, including code executed in the browser and the MCP bridge script made
available for download, as well as the algorithms, models, documentation, manual, user
interface and designations of the Service, are subject to the rights of the Provider or its
licensors. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without the
right to grant sublicences, to use them to the extent necessary to use the Service in
accordance with these Terms, for the term of the agreement; with respect to the MCP bridge
script, the licence also covers downloading, running and adapting it to the User's own needs
for the purpose of using the Service. These Terms do not transfer any rights to these elements
to the User. User Content remains the property of the User in accordance with §6.
- The User may freely use the analysis results and reports relating to their Measurement
Files, including in their business, in particular by providing them to clients, investors and
auditors and by including them in as-built and acceptance documentation. Using the API,
including via the MCP interface and AI agents, to analyse the User's Measurement Files, also in
an automated manner, is a supported way of using the Service. The prohibition in
paragraph 1(g) applies only to activities undertaken for the purposes stated there.
- The provisions of this §7 do not exclude or limit any rights of the User that mandatory
provisions of law do not allow to be excluded or limited by contract.
- In the event of a breach of paragraph 1, the Provider may terminate the agreement or
suspend access to the Service on the terms set out in §11(3); a wilful breach of
paragraph 1(f), (g) or (h) constitutes a gross breach of the Terms within the meaning of that
provision. Independently of this, the Provider may enforce the Service's limits by technical
means, in particular by limiting the number of requests and blocking demo-mode sessions used
to circumvent the limits.
§8. Nature of results and liability
- Analysis results generated by the Service (including event assessments, PASS/FAIL verdicts
and reports) are decision-support information and support the work of qualified personnel. They
do not replace measurements, tests or acceptance procedures performed in accordance with
applicable standards by persons holding the required qualifications.
- Technical, engineering and business decisions made on the basis of the Service's results
remain the responsibility of the User making them.
- While the Service is provided free of charge, it is made available "as is". The Provider is
liable only for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence — to the fullest extent
permitted by law.
- The limitations of liability do not exclude or limit rights granted by mandatory provisions
of law to consumers or to individual entrepreneurs entitled to consumer-like protection
under applicable Polish law.
§9. Availability and data
- The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available without interruption
but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is performed, where possible,
during low-traffic hours.
- Service data is covered by daily backups; retention rules are described in the
Privacy Policy.
- The Provider may delete an Account unused for more than 12 months, upon at least 30 days'
prior notice by e-mail.
§10. Complaints
- Complaints regarding the Service may be submitted by e-mail to
hello@otdrai.com, with a description of the issue and
details identifying the Account.
- The Provider responds to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
§11. Conclusion and termination of the agreement
- The service agreement is concluded upon creation of an Account (and, for Guests and
Auditors, upon use of an access link) for an indefinite period.
- The User may terminate the agreement at any time by deleting the Account in the Application
or by sending a request to hello@otdrai.com.
- The Provider may terminate the agreement for legitimate reasons (material breach of the
Terms, legal requirements, discontinuation of the Service) upon 30 days' notice by e-mail,
allowing the User to download their data. In the event of a gross breach of the Terms or a
security threat, the Provider may suspend access with immediate effect, informing the User.
§12. Amendments to the Terms
- The Provider may amend the Terms for valid reasons (changes in law, changes to the
scope of the Service, security reasons, introduction of paid plans).
- Material amendments are announced by e-mail or in the Application at least 14 days before
they take effect. A User who does not accept the amendments may terminate the agreement before
that date; continued use of the Service after the amendments take effect constitutes
acceptance.
§13. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions
of the consumer's country of habitual residence.
- A person entitled to consumer protection may use out-of-court complaint handling and
redress procedures where these apply. Information and the register of competent ADR entities
are available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Where a complaint is not upheld, the Provider
supplies the information required by law regarding the availability of ADR proceedings and
its own position on taking part in them.
- The Terms are drawn up in Polish and English; in the event of discrepancies, the Polish
version prevails, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
§14. Final provisions
The Terms enter into force on the date stated in the document header (version and status)
and are available free of charge at /regulamin in a form allowing download, storage and
printing. A version marked as a draft has no legal effect.
